Whew! San Francisco avoids the Vick bomb
Mike Vick won’t be a Niner! Mike Vick won’t be a Niner! No really, Michael Vick won’t be a Niner!
You know, it really would’ve been fun to see the creative protests concocted by San Franciscans if Vick had come to the Bay. Finally, another use for that studded collar! But alas, the dream is dead. Maybe Al will still sign him. But the way this is going, Vick may never play in the NFL again. Step back and look at it, and Vick’s downfall is swift and incredible. He went from this to this, and is basically now the walking version of the plague.

5. ‘Downsizing’ to Little People cheerleaders.
4. Building the new stadium on Alcatraz.
3. Brian Boitano-inspired Bacontinis at Candlestick next season.
