We’re not sure the Bay Area is prepared to handle the arrival of the Lebowski Fest on the heels of the Sadowski Fest — the Giants rookie pitcher’s rough start at Atlanta this week not withstanding — but it’s coming to the Classic Bowling Center in Daly City on Friday. As you put the finishing touches on your costume, we hope you’ll enjoy this comparison of Ryan Sadowski to the Big Lebowski, the Dude himself. We think we’ll have another White Russian. June 18th, 2009Let us preface this by extending our deepest condolences to the family and friends of former Giant and 1954 World Series hero Dusty Rhodes, who died Wednesday in Las Vegas. Judging by the comments over at SF Gate, a fair number of readers who saw the headline thought that one of the legends of pro wrestling had passed away. In fact, the other Dusty Rhodes is alive and well. R.I.P, Dusty Rhodes, the baseball player.
